Chantara Thai Massage and Day Spa

I just had a thai massage at Chantara Thai Massage and Day Spa. It was incredible. She definately did not take it easy on me like the MBK massusse did. I paid 180 baht plus 50 baht tip for one hour. Thats about $6. They have all types of treatments and services. The area is just beautiful, so well done. There is all of the teak furnishing, and thatched roof, large fans, fabric blowing out the open windows, that you want from a thai spa. They gave me tea, and washed my feet, and had me change into thai pants, It was so lovely, and relaxing. They are on Trok Mayom, its kind of hard to find, but hit the alley behind D&D and go in the opposite direction of Ranees. All of the other massage places in the neighboorhood charge the same price, but have neon lighting, plastic tables, loud music, none of them are as lovely as this place. It fealt like a spa back home. I am going to try to sneak in another Thai Massage there tommorrow. There is NOTHING like thai massage, other than Yoga I suppose, but Yoga takes a great deal of effort. Ah the bliss.
